Sculpture trail

I took this a few days ago, but in my defence it’s been a very busy day. Training day for the team went well, although as per usual one team member nit picked everything she could, with great gusto! 
As we finished and went to lunch I got an email from my manager saying she needed a catch up. My first thought was I must have said something out of line again, but not this time. She wanted to fill me in on the new big changes coming up. Our CEO is impulsive to put it mildly, when she decides a change, we can all forget that management training about change management, because it’s rushed through within a few weeks. And this time it really does affect me, just me, although that will then also impact the team. At this stage I’m not sure if it will be a positive or negative outcome, but I’m hearing J in my ear telling me to keep my head down and go with the flow!
