Vintage T-Shirts
I don’t know why but both people readily allowed me to blip their t-shirts. Top right is almost 35 years old she said. Either she rarely wore it or hand washed it with kidd gloves.
It was a funny day. The deli man thanked me for being “just the right amount of friendly.” A few minutes later he mouthed “thank you” to me from a distance. I suspect there’s friction with his coworker.
I saw the nastiest person I ever worked with. I called out her name “Brenda?” She didn’t recognize me, even when I gave her my name. (I had short hair then). I mentioned where we worked together. She was amazed I remembered her. (I almost said, “you hated me and screamed at me” but let it pass. She thanked me for saying hello and said “God bless you” as we parted. She’ll be kicking herself (or someone else) if she realizes who I was.
As I was leaving the store, a woman thanked me for smiling at her.
A moment later I saw a guy I recognized and said hello, reminding him that I took his picture awhile back. We spoke for less than 10 seconds when his tiny skinny black-haired girlfriend arrived and started yelling at him with several f-bombs. “Why don’t you just get a motel room with your girlfriend?” I scooted on to my car and watched her continue to berate him as they drove off.
A TRULY WILD DAY!
