King Prawn Dip and Chilli & Salt Scallops

Time was getting on, and none of us had eaten. So in a last minute spontaneous decision, it was off to our local Chinese restaurant we went.

My family have been eating at The Imperial for 18 years, since it first opened. The food is wonderful, the staff are very friendly and the service is impeccable. Although the extensive menu is very tempting, I always go for the same meal, my favourite (see title). Delicious as always.
