It's that time again

On the way out this morning I saw what looked like fog.
No, it's that morning mist coming off the fields at the end of the road down there. Makes me sad to think that summer is almost over.
In other news, I saw the physio today who informed me that all my aches and pains emanate from my dodgy hip. "You'll be like a new man once it's done" he grinned.
In the meantime, he gave me some exercises which should alleviate some of my aches for the time being.

And an FYI for Scottish football fans, Stuart Armstrong, Scottish international, is now a Vancouver Whitecap.Let's hope he brings the same level as Ryan Gauld has.
