There's an app for that...

I thought I would have a bit of fun with the photo I took of the trumpet vine on my patio today.  I love the colors and pointillistic quality of the final version.  It was 50 years ago this month I began studying photography at university.  What a different world back then.  We only did "straight" analogue photography.  The most daring thing we tried was "solarizing" the image by briefly exposing the developing image to light.  Now, there is an app for that, and images are processed digitally on the computer.  To purists, it is sacrilege but for me it is just another tool to experiment with and enjoy.
