Helena's sunflower plate with added pollen

Helena recently bought this very large serving plate, or maybe it's a platter. It has been sitting on the dining room table, partly below the large sunflowers I'd bought from the farm shop last week.

I was intrigued when I noticed that the pollen had fallen onto the plate adding a 'je ne sais quoi' to the ceramic. I suppose it is akin to a living sculpture.

Now I've seen it as a blip I think the plate looks rather odd, as the shape looks distorted. Never mind.
