.....finish this?  That is the question....  I found it the other day and today I managed to find the photo it was taken from (extra).  It's a doorway on the Monmouth Bridge I think.  Taken in 2016 when we had a holiday in Wales.  Been a bit wet down here today.....which is putting it mildly.
