The quote above (from the musical Hamilton) framed an event I was lucky enough to be at in Edinburgh.

Hearing one of the world's most experienced diplomats talk about the rooms she was in when 'it happened' - from Kosovo to Iran and elsewhere. And of course, what she did and how she made a difference. Coaching us - among other things - that negotiation is all about listening and understanding.
