Vetter Falls
Today we travelled north passed the magic peeing tree in Rosswood where a man had laid a pipe from nearby burn through a tree where it looks like the tree is peeing. We then had a walk around the Nsaga lava flow where a flow of lava wiped out a native village and changed the shape of the landscape. The lava fields are repopulating with lichen and moss and the rivers and lakes in the area where changed course and created by it. We then visited the falls in the picture with crystal clear water and a beautiful little microclimate in this hidden area. Very beautiful a picture does not do it justice. We then took a fsr further north to find our camp for the night which was on Derrick Lake recreation site. The only people there we enjoyed our crab cakes we bought in prince rupert for dinner. Lots of Stellers Jay's which we don't get further inland.
