Three Years Flown By

A cloudy morning, a beautiful sunny afternoon and evening, warm too.  Fairly calm with a gentle breeze.

Up at 5am again, another early shift in the airport.  A real busy start to the day, offshore check-ins too.  A spell working with oil and gas, then finished on the check-in desk again.  After a 12hr shift, the shop called. I headed down for a couple of hours, to help lockup due to sickness cover.  Much earned feet up tonight.

After working for Loganair for three years and three months, it was time to say my goodbyes to my work besties at the airport.  I loved my time working in the aviation industry and seeing how it works. I've seen the best in people as passengers, sadly also the worst at times.  I wasn't planning on leaving, but due to changes coming to my contract, I felt it was time to leave as I wasn't willing to accept the extra additional workload.  Time has literally flown by, onwards and upwards, new start on Monday.  At back, Avril and Karen, then Tracey, Jane, Megan, Kim, Elora and me.  Thank you for an enjoyable time at work, with all the different departments.  Taken at Sumburgh Airport.
