When?

Our last day in San Francisco today, which we spent mostly riding on cable cars!  As I said to someone who asked me if the ticket price was worth it (IMO, only if you go from end to end on the route) "Where else will you do it?".

I'm waiting to board a train to Seattle now, which will take about 23 hrs. When I said I didn't want to drive anywhere I didn't quite imagine such a long trip but, when else will I do it?  We have a cabin and beds so will hopefully sleep through some of it.
