Birds on a wire.....

An extremely overcast, misty, murky start to the day here but oh so very humid!!  We seem to be missing out on the rain, and the sun is burning through the clouds now!

I escaped for an early morning wander where there wasn't much about, but the kestrel flying over may have been the reason for stillness! Fair to say the local starling population is thriving by this 'mob' who were on the wires by the creek!

had some clearing up to do in the front garden as a large pot was knocked off its' perch, I'm thinking a badger nudged it off as it was fairly hefty!  We've also had the plumber round to look at our shower where the on/off switch is coming lose, so an engineer is coming to fix that next week!  ooh and we get our TV back on Monday! Time to enjoy the peace before we fall back into aimlessly watching rubbish!

Lots of white butterflies still about in the garden - even had to rescue one from the mini greenhouse this morning.
