Peachy pink

Some years ago, a cut flower from a Lidl bunch of pinks threw out roots. I planted it, of course, and each year it produces more stems and flowers than the previous year. This delights me no end, as you can imagine!

Tonight Mr PP will be collecting fish and chips from Grantham, and the local family will be coming round to share them. On the way, he is calling at the tip with much garden waste. I've just spent an hour gardening, and adding to the heaps. Today it was mostly cutting off brambles and deadheading stocks. Tip of the iceberg, as usual.
