Melville House Doocot.

This doocot was originally built as a windmill during the 1700's. At some point it was converted to a doocot, by cutting off the top. The windows were blocked up, except one which was left for the pigeons to fly in and out.  It's quite close to the recycling centre where I went today with an old computer and screen plus some other odds and ends.  Work on my spare bedroom/computer room is progressing. Now I need to get someone to repair a bit of the floor and am looking at sofa beds to replace the futon.
