Paul Gilbert race

Another very hot day and I didn't cycle in today either. Daughter #2 had her drama rehearsal at the Rose Theatre at 4.30pm. Both girls caught a train to Kingston and they asked to meet me in primark. They'd already picked some clothes before I'd even got there! I dropped off daughter #2 at the theatre and then took daughter #1 to kayaking. Tonight was the fancy dress race in memory of Paul Gilbert. Daughter #1 had arranged to dress up as a cow with her friend but her friend was unwell. The races were due to start at 7pm so we had time to go home and find another fancy dress costume. We then picked up daughter #2 from the theatre and they did the race dressed as bees. They had dinner at the club. After the prize giving, we came home and it was quite late by then.
Hubby flew to Seattle this afternoon and got bumped up. Jammy.
