Mushrooms

I bought Mr P a mushroom growing kit for his birthday. We are looking forward to blue oyster  pasta sauce. These ones took about two weeks to grow.  He's taken this growth off, put the box in the fridge to make the mycelium think it's winter. Just for 24 hours. Then the box will think it's Spring and give us some more- we hope
