Local hostelry

After my meeting this morning, took myself off into Ramsbottom, needed a few bits as we say in Lancashire ;-)

Had a nice coffee & sandwich, then a leisurely “potter”…… still discovering new places.

The Irwell Works Brewery overlooks the river & has a lovely elevated balcony, edged with flower boxes.

They have entertainment of a folky kind.

We did consider enquiring for C, but it’s getting too much lugging his gear upstairs so decided against it, pity really as it’s a popular & as you can see a pretty place :-)
