Early Christmas Biscuits Emergency Blip!

Dad wanted a biscuit with his cuppa this afternoon so I went hunting around at the back of the cupboard and discovered these German spiced biscuits, left over from last Christmas! Still tasty though.

It’s taking time for both the patient and I to get used to the new routine of a morning and evening carer, especially as it’s been a different person each of the three times so far, and this evening they turned up at 6.45pm, far too early, and had to leave before Dad was fully ready for bed. We’ll persevere but I may end up cancelling the 30min evening session, not sure it’s worth the hassle. The morning 30mins is more useful though, fingers crossed.

Yet another thoroughly miserable dark wet day, only 16 degrees, we even had thunder and lightning this morning. Yet further north temperatures reached 27!
