Paradise

... cake:choc base, coconut, cherries, sultanas on top. Baked yesterday and now in the freezer for our family weekend in a week's time.
Such a wet day again, so our planned day out and walk with friends became a WhatsApp video chat. Pilates and gym workout and lovely Friday evening catch-up at a country pub with our daughter after she finished work for an hour.
