Gardening

Today didn’t start too well when I was chasing the pheasants off the garden & slipped over on the wet grass, I got up with two muddy knees & very wet jeans, I was not happy.
I intended to go for a walk with my camera but got distracted by the damsons that needed picking & then the weeding & dead heading. I cut back some of the shrubs & took cuttings & the day just slipped away but the garden looks better & I enjoyed pottering in the warm sunshine. The forecast doesn’t look good so it may be the last we see of it for a while hence the photo of the sun going down.
