No Sunshine on Leith

I was on an extra volunteering shift at Save the Children this morning. The sun broke through mid morning and it turned into a glorious day. I walked up to the Hydro to meet Mr P and had a picnic lunch before a swim. Home briefly to change and then pick up son no 3 after he’d finished work. We’d all been invited to son no 1’s in Leith. He and his girlfriend are moving to Valencia next month so it’s the last time we’ll see their flat. After a delicious meal, we took a short stroll around the Shore area. I’ll miss visiting them there. It was a pea souper on the way home.
