Banjo Joe

I have finished the general store and it is on the layout.  But I need quite a bit of landscaping before I blip it.  A fun and challenging kit. 

Now I am painting the set-arounds stuff mostly for the front porch for sale.  I purchased a 3D figure to entertain the patrons - the print is named Banjo Joe.  It is S scale (1/64) as are the two snow owls getting painted as well.  As an idea of the size the three are taped onto 1/2" dowels as they are killer to hold and paint.   

I have done an under color for the owls, and the chair under Joe.  Not the best photo but you get the idea.  The figure is amazing - you can see the fingers on the springs.  I paint people which is way fun.  Start on the inside - chair, skin, and then paint the clothes in order of them getting clothed.

I have a PILE of little things to paint and once I get the landscaping done and all the little stuff on the model I will post the finished kit.
