Easter in July

This Easter Lily was planted from a gift pot two years or three years ago. First year it bloomed in spring and the deer instantly nibbled the buds off.
Now it is blooming later and lower to the ground. Last year it grew behind a wire screen This year I just kept an eye on it and here we have the Easter lily in July. The deer are out in the forest and not trailing through looking for snacks. They've got plenty to eat, I guess.
So, keep cool and think Spring!
