Jackfruit

Another depressing morning in the ICU today, the awful combination of a cardiac arrest and patients unable to afford treatment.
Tomorrow is my last day in general medicine, so I went to buy sweets (I was under strict instruction from Sister!) on the way I tried my first taste of Jackfruit, bizarre but tasty - today's blip is of the vendor who sold it.
