Over the hump

Well, so to speak. This is the mid-point on today's bike ride. If I rode up the river to this point, then in theory everything was down hill from here. 34 km total - not too bad even if mostly flat.

More than a month has passed since I've rode along the Adda River and the weather has been sufficiently good now to dry up the big puddles along the trail. I moved the computer sensors over to the 'new' mountain bike today and I am trying to make my peace with the older one. The front fork rebuild is a failure as it has locked up completely now. I will make another attempt to get it repaired before I call it quits. The newer bike is really sweet to ride and so I think I am OK now to let the old bike go...
