Pasque Flower

.....or Pulsatilla - I've been keeping an eye on these, they seemed slow to open from the buds but with the warm temperatures recently there is an abundance of flowers opening.  I do love these flowers, great for photography.
I didn't take many photos, in fact only four and have used three of them as this triptych.  Lots of softness as I used my Lensbaby with the macro glass.

Its been horribly windy, I had to rescue my washing and the peg bucket went flying for a time with pegs here, there and all over the place.

Doug had the opening of golf croquet this afternoon....he came home very sore in the back department - seems still a long way to go.
