The haggis

Preparing to host the quiz crowd tomorrow and we were asked to serve all things Scottish.

So haggis bonbons are ready for cooking, haggis will be added to a pasta dish and we have a whisky sauce, black pudding and tattie scones ready.

And, of course, the ingredients for the Scottish cocktail are chilling nicely.

The bold Sue is attempting Macaroon Bars as part of the dessert although she described the fondant at one point resembling more of a slop than fondant so we will see.

It should be a fun day.
