Dock Tour

We took a great 2hour boat trip around Hamburg docks this morning (before it got too hot), a pity I couldn’t fully understand all the guide’s jokes and asides but really interesting info about the container ships and the new fully automated cranes that load and unload them.
Onward to the old town centre, a bit too much walking but we found an Erdinger stand outside the town hall - bliss! No rest for the wicked and we were back there pretty soon for dinner before a few of us headed to Minature Wonderland, model railways, airport, the Monaco GP circuit, landscapes of the world. Fantastic.
A few hours later and we met the rest of the crew coming back from a beer garden so a couple of beers were necessary before hitting the sack!
