Peaceful

When I seek peace, I know that calm waters will bring me back to my centre.   This was the scene down by the water this morning around 10 am. The streaks in the blue sky tell us that a change in weather is to be expected. Can you see a few tiny yellowing leaves at the top of the frame? They are just starting to show here and there! I love it! Can you see the tiny bird perched on the buoy?

I went really early down to the market and bought just the essential which would fit into my backpack.  I wanted to go down towards the lake to check out a place where I have an appointment next week. After that I continued to walk right down to the water's edge for a beautiful walk. It was thankfully quiet with just a few joggers and dog walkers (with their obligatory doggie bags) to keep our pavements clean.
