Happiness is….

Spending the day by the sea with my lovely daughter and darling pup.
The forecast for today was sunny and 24 degrees, so I hopped on the train to Aberdovey to make the most of what could be our last sunny day before Autumn grabs hold. A long lazy lunch at the Treffidian, then, for me, a wonderful swim off the secret beach. The tide was going out and it was flat calm. Heaven! Just before I got the train back we had a lovely stroll on the beach with the pup. An unexpected and magical day.
