Kaleider Kaleidoscope

My old iPad Pro, which I was using before this iPad mini, now is only suddenly only charging to 21% instead of 100%. It was always difficult to charge, being temperamental. Just changed to a different lightning lead. It has the correct plug, and I am now crossing my fingers.
I'll give it an hour, and then if not successful, this is going to be a mad dash in a bit to rescue all Popeye's and my Hearing Dog Meg's photographs, and anything else I will never be able to photograph again...

Anything else can go hang, the important documents can wait. And my internet is playing up in this heat...

Creative ...this of all things was a photo of the fan besides me, put in Kaleider Kaleidoscopes...a pretty one for today...

A nap, then see how that iPad is doing...

I need to Google if I can wipe the info off remotely off an Apple device if it dies on me...I know I can do this with Google/Android...

EDIT: Looks like I have will have lost everything off the iPad Pro. It was 2017 version. Doesn't say much for Apple. It won't charge above 21%.. and if I open it up, it goes right down to 12%, and I have to turn it off immediately. It has a load of trail camera nighttime videos I haven't yet published. It has thousands of photos and art work. Photos of Popeye and Meg, my hearing dog. The list goes on and on and on.
I have just recently (early this year) backed up all photos into the cloud of my iPad 2 (which is still functioning and holds a charge beautifully), but it's outdated for modern technology.
And early this year I backed up photos on my old iPhone.
This iPad Pro photos and videos was to be next...

Sadly for me, I was about to start a new project with the artwork in the iPad Pro, and I was about to get it all out and save it elsewhere...

Good news is I can remotely wipe everything out on this iPad Pro from another device.
But first I need to eat and drink. Totally forgot to eat today, and I will be lucky if I have drunk a pint of water, so I need to make that up...
