'Challenge Medallions'

I guess you could take a stab at where the twins Mummy has been for the past 4 months!
These medallions are awarded for excellence in the field of intelligence from German, Police and U.S.A. Defence Intelligence Agencies. So proud of her.
The shield and arrows one is rather special being a limited, numbered, edition only awarded to people who excel. Hers is number 047.
