Busy

Fell whilst walking along rough paved path alongside River Aire at Shipley - left knee landed on sharp edged broken paving stone - skin punctured - because of position and depth of cut - couldn’t curtail the bleeding when knee was bent

Took myself off to AGH - which was busy - cut stitched - the staff were marvellous - had to smile as I limped the through various departments in walking gear - along with backpack and poles - not a good advert for walking:)
