It Has Been That Kind Of A Day

It hasn't really been raining - but it has been ........ 'drippy'.

I have spent most of the day fighting with small bits of wood that are meant to end up as pens.
What fun it has been.
I dropped an 'insert' that holds the ink cartridge for one of them. I have no idea where it went despite it falling beside my left foot. Sweeping up didn't help. Neither did moving stuff. I even got down on my hands and knees with a powerful magnet. Nothing! Mind you, I did find out that it is not magnetic (the only bit of the kit that isn't!!!).
I also made, but haven't put together a propelling pencil. Mainly because as far as I can see when it has been put together there is no way to refill it when the leads are finished (what is the point in that?) .

EDIT....... I have just been out to the bin ..... The haar is back 4 shots here.
