Sherkin

Today's treat was a day on the boat crewing for R (and kind of F)as he swam around Sherkin, apparently the first time it has been done, from the island slip back to the island slip.  This photo doesn't show much except the hat which indicates he has completed 3,000+ laps of Sandycove island.  F too.  Flipping amazing stuff the pair of them. 
Anyway a gorgeous day, 13k ish swim, 4 hours, flat calm conditions, just no sun.  I'll add a couple of extras later.
