Discoloured

This adapter is not kept in direct sunlight at no time. It is in the basement of our house, where sunrays have no chance.
Still, originally white, the adapter has turned partly in a dirty brownish coloured thing. And not even there, where indirect sunlight has a chance, but it looks like the sides have discoloured randomly. Weird!
