Clematis

I found this one flower hiding in the prolifically growing wisteria, which as almost strangled the clematis, apart from this one bloom!
Vets this morning, his ear still not clearing up and still inflamed, so now trying steroids. After B died and I took over Dog’s care, I joined the Pet Health Club. £20 a month but all vaccinations, flea and worm treatments and two health checks a year are paid for by it. A few weeks ago, I got an email offering an upgrade. An additional £10 month and all vet consults would be free. I meant to do it, but forgot. Shame, because I would have saved £122 this week!

I met up with four other MWs for lunch at a long standing restaurant, but new to me. Wow, lovely place. A large house, where the bottom floor has been converted to a restaurant and the family live upstairs. Only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but everything was great. Chicken chasseur and a decadent brownie and marshmallow sundae was all delicious for £14. 
I’m sure I will re visit!
