Capital adventures

The Kirk and hill had gone AWOL in the night and it didn't get much better all day.

I had a terrible night's sleep being awake for over 3 hours, stressing. Finally went over and then got up about 9. The haar scuppered any thoughts of gardening.

A good, athletic yoga session, which I really needed and then out to feed a cat and drop stuff off at Mum's. I tried to do Sainsbury's on the way but the traffic was so horrendous, due to the Cameron Toll closure, I bailed attempting to get in to the car park and fought my way, slowly, up the hill to West Mayfield.

Organised a visit to see mums friend L in a couple of weeks and then home to sort out Gateway with lots of currency transactions. Sorted the trousers, cut not sewn, so that's another box ticked.

Organised for L to stay weekend start of next month and also to go with her and E to Don Pasquale in November. After listening to 'Loose Ends' also booked the Rebus play next week.

I've now started watching 'Sherwood', series 1. Remember those times so clearly.

All these pictures of sun elsewhere have not relieved the knowledge that I'm missing out or helped my gloomy mood.
