Day 13 - Alstonville

The big prawn at Ballina hardly needs any commentary. He is 9 metres tall and is located in a Bunnings carpark.

Our Alstonville country cottage however is delightful, set in some remnant rainforest, with a distant view of the ocean (extra). Our friends D and D came down from Brisbane to spend a night with us and we had a lovely brunch with them today before they left.
