Ice Cold in Alex

I bought a special DVD edition type thing of one of my favourite films. I learned from the interview of Sylvia Syms that the actors became their characters during the shooting of the film on locaqtion in the Libyan desert. It’s a war film in which no-one but a bufoon is killed. It’s about survival against the odds. And they all have a cold beer at the end. Carlsberg later used a clip from it in an TV advert.
