What really matters

Wales at its finest again today, not a view in sight. Tough conditions for a Lowland Leader assessment. 
But. 
What really matters is these three beautiful souls, people who want to give something back, support others, make a difference. 
I do my utmost to remove any stress from the assessment process that I might add or cause - to give them a chance to show me their best - but equally I like it that they're a little bit stressed, it shows that it matters to them, that passing will have a tangible value.
Each of them went wrong at some point today, but vitally each of them fixed it when I asked them to. More importantly though they got a lot more right than wrong, so now they just need to do the same again tomorrow.
