Afternoon of a Faun

A morning at the gym with a holiday replacement Pilates teacher and then my strength exercises ticked off for the week. A short uphill run on the treadmill watching the GNR. The rain was pouring down which many would probably have enjoyed although it must have been pretty miserable waiting at the start and then finding your way out at the end.

The deer I’d seen in Pollok Park last week were back, one obligingly staying still long enough to get a blip. Uplifting to see the kingfisher as well.
