Steamy

D and I got absolutely drenched on our dog walk this morning. There were several claps of thunder (which sent Dotty mad) and the heavens opened. We were soaked to the skin. As soon as we got home the sun came out and it was really hot. The roof of the church hall next door was steaming!
After we’d dried off we drove out to Sawston to look at a garden furniture outlet but didn’t buy anything. We had lunch and a quiet afternoon then D dropped his mum off at the Park and Ride in Trumpington where she is getting the bus back to her friends house in St Ives.
