Abandoned but not forgotten

While hunting for accommodation for our youngest son, who has just finished his one year military service and is going to college this autumn, I stumbled upon the gates of an abandoned army base. Always on the lookout for blip opportunities, I ventured inside. Not a lot of interesting things to see except this old neglected swimming pool that I found rather fascinating, if not depressing.
