A new ‘Green Heart’ opened this week in Nottingham. It was the site of a massive concrete shopping Center.

Now it’s a garden, with trees, marsh, and lots of chunky seating.

This is one of those seats, others are massive rocks with views across the garden. Citizens were asked what they wanted from the site and they chose an open, green, park. Smart people!
