Repair and Replace

The big old brick building on the corner of 3rd and Washington has been the headquarters of quite a few businesses over the years but it seems to sit idle for more time than its a center of commerce.  People buy it, put a little money into it, open a business, and close within a year.  It's out of the main downtown district, there's only limited parking available, and it's infrastructure has to be ancient.
   I wish all the best of luck to the new owner.
I sincerely hope he succeds.
