Beach workout

B's birthday today so after work we drove to Gylly for a swim enjoying the evening sun. As we left a beach workout was in cull throttle.
Bought B an art deco print of West Bromwich Albion artwork which he was very pleased with. We're off for a birthday meal in Truro this evening.
