Wide-angle Vista

When we drove out on this road this morning there was nothing but clouds and water. Six hours on, the weather had lifted and we could see what was out there. Had a lovely run out to Oldshoremore Beach near Kinlochbervie. A place where I spent many childhood holidays. The nostalgia trip was cut short when we found at least 50 (no exaggeration) teenagers on some kind of school trip playing volleyball!!! Bizarre.

Then a truly delicious lunch at the Kylesku Hotel - nice service, amazing langoustines and a lovely drop of ale. The dogs were kindly received, too. A highly recommended pit-stop should you find yourself in this area.
