Very very slow morning. 
Gave time for a very lovely long morning dook though.
And a lovely chat with the old couple who kindly offer their rough land by the river as a basic camp site - just a toilet and water tap and some flat ish ground but ideal as a intro to wild camping. 
They're a lovely pair full of stories about thier adventures abroad, rural life and all the characters they've hosted over their years on the Speyside Way.  Very apologetic for still breakfasting at 10am and insisted on tea and toast while they wrote out the invoice by hand in a ledger book. Lovely morning for us all :)
Slow slow river day but group seemed happy enough.

Slow slow home - A9 shut both ways 7+ hours. A86 shut all month for roadworks.
