Symptom of a hot day

Swollen feet and ankles.

Don't get me wrong, I am enjoying the weather, but the heat means I need to drink more. If I forget or get too busy I pay with puffy feet and ankles. I'll get it, just Britain doesn't get this kind of heat too often an it takes a bit of getting used to!
